Mr. Muye Akinkuotu a Rho Chi Honorary Society graduate of Howard University’s
College of Pharmacy in Washington, D.C.  Mr. Akinkuotu has diverse experience in the
pharmaceutical businesses of E.R Squibbs, Burroughs Welcome, Glaxo Welcome, Shire,
Watson Labs and Catalytica Pharmaceuticals in the United States. His experiences
include over 25 years in the industrial pharmaceutical field where he began his work
in Research & Development. He held key responsibilities for the oversight and manufacture of antiviral drugs for the treatment of AIDS and Herpes and other drugs
for the treatment of colds, asthma, and heart disease. He successfully led and managed the setup operations for a sterile product facility. In addition, he coordinated and managed the manufacture, packaging, and distribution of clinical trial materials.

Mr. Akinkuotu is an expert in the field of production and packaging of solid, ointment, creams, liquid formulations, and sterile products. He has been instrumental in designing manufacturing areas, which included the building layout and purchase of equipment.
He has received numerous awards for his commendable performance. He was awarded an Excellence Award for Individual & Team Performance, a Commendation for Outstanding Leadership by the Pitt/Greenville Chamber of Commerce, an award for Outstanding Project Leadership, and has been noted as a developer of high performance teams resulting in rapid and timely launch of company products. He joined Gemini Pharmaceuticals Nigeria Limited in June, 2010 as the Managing
Director/ CEO.

Mr. Mwaka is a professional accountant with 18 years working experience 10 years of which as a chartered accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Hons) with specialty in accounting. He is a fellow (FCCA) of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the UK and is also a praticing Certified Public Accountant of Uganda (CPAU). He is a member of the Institute of Certitified Public Accountants of Uganda. Clayton gained experience and expertise in areas such as finance and accounting, internal auditing, human capital development and general management & administration, over a period of twelve years in the manufacturing sector, working in various capacities with companies such as Uganda Industrial Properties Group, Uganda Grain Milling Group and BM Group of Companies. Additionally, he spent two years handling external audit, tax consultancy, management consultancy and rendering other general business assurance services to clients in diverse fields as an accountant in public practice. Clayton joined the services of Gemini Pharmaceuticals Nigeria Limited in 2005.

He started his professional career in 1986, with ministry of Health/NAFDAC as Pharmacist grade I. In 1989 he joined Hoechist Nigeria Limited as Assistance Production Manager.

Pharm. Oyewole also worked as factory Manager with Bento Pharmaceutical Nigeria Limited in 1995. After which he was engaged as Head of production Operations with Ay-Jay Pharma Limited in 2001.

Presently the production Manager of Gemini since 2004.
